From Mỹ Tho, Vietnam to Cincinnati, Ohio.
iPhở is a small family restaurant built from our love of food, family, and the home we came from.
Our family grew up in Mỹ Tho, a small city in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. We came to America hoping to build a good life and find new opportunities, while bringing the food and flavors we grew up with along the way.
Our journey brought us to San Diego, where we learned more about cooking and discovered our love for sharing Vietnamese food with others. When the opportunity came to open a restaurant in Cincinnati, we took the leap together.
Today, iPhở is still a small family at its heart: Tri, Diem, and Jason. Tri and Diem are the heart of our kitchen, preparing the phở and dishes that remind us of home. They may not speak much English, but they have always let their food do the talking. We opened iPhở because we wanted to share the food we love with the people around us.
Over time, our customers have become part of the iPhở family, too. We are grateful for the familiar faces who come back again and again, the families who have grown with us, and all the people who have welcomed our family and our food into their lives.
What started with our family sharing a little piece of home in Cincinnati has become something we are truly thankful for.
Thank you for being part of our story and for sharing a seat at our table. We hope to see you soon, and we look forward to sharing a bowl of phở with you.
